2009 September
Delta Marine Technologies, Inc. is award a contract by Boskalis Offshore B.V.

DMTI is award overall project management of diving related tie in operation of a 24” pipeline laid recently in Argentina by Allseas.

DMTI will oversee the overall diving operations from procedure development, vendor evaluation, safety , installation activity and completion of all related documents as required by our client.

The project will start immediately and has a duration thru the end of 2009.

2009 August
Delta Marine Technologies, Inc. is award a second contract by Cal Dive International Inc / Cal Dive Marine Construction Ltd. to provide a Sr. Project Manager on its CNOOC / COOEC Project in the Gulf of Beibu / Bei Hai region.

The project consists of the installation of two pipe in pipe (PIP) projects. The first a 6” inside a 10” and the second a 16” inside a 20” PIPs. One of these pipelines initiated with a beach pull onto Weizhou Island off the coast of Bei Hai. The second being and infield flow line.

2009 April
Delta Marine Technologies, Inc. is award a contract by Cal Dive International Inc / Cal Dive Marine Construction Ltd. to provide a Sr. Project Manager on its CNOOC / COOEC Project in the Bohai Bay area.

The project consists of the installation of three independent pipelines in 70 – 100 meters of water for CNOOC. Also involved in the project was the installation of platform conductors and the leveling of a platform for COOEC that was not leveled by a previous Derrick barge before it had to de mob from the field.

2009 February
Delta Marine Technologies, Inc. is award a contract by Cal Dive International Inc / Cal Dive Marine Construction Ltd. to provide a Project manager on its East coast India Project of HOEC.

DMTI provided a Sr. Project Manager to assist the Cal Dive project team in the installation of a 60 kilometers pipeline and the installation of a 4 pile jacket and complete with topsides in 100 meters of water. The project consisted of a beach pull for the pipe line startup and also a outfall plastic pipe beach pull and installation complete with underwater flare assembly. This pipeline was laid to the structure location and A/R on bottom at which pint the structure was set using the DLB Sea Horizon and then the flow line completed via a riser installation using divers from Saturation to surface diving.

2009 January
Delta Marine Technologies, Inc. is award a contract by Allseas to provide a international team of ROV Tooling technician for the Allseas RELIANCE project in India.

DMTI provided a international TEAM of Sr. ROV Tooling technician to maintain, repair and test all the RELIANCE / Allseas ROV tools for the installation of the entire deepwater RELIANCE field in 2000 meters of water. These tools ranged from simple hot stabs to the most sophisticated ROV running tools on over 70 independent jumper connection and a multiple of umbilical, flying leads and sub sea tree connections on the entire RELIANCE work scope. This team established from ground up a state of the art ROV tooling center for the proper facility tri repair , test and store in call out ready mode all of the RELIANCE / Allseas ROV tooling.

2008 September
Delta Marine Technologies, Inc. is award a second contract by HELIX Energy Services on their RELIANCE India project based out of Vizag and Kakinada India.

The awarded scope was to provide a experienced team of Jumper fabrications specialist to oversee, fabricate, test, install and commissioning 35 jumpers consisting of the world’s largest 24” jumper in a 3 D configuration deployed by the world largest jumper spreader bar.

The DMTI fabrication team eventually assisted in opening a second fabrication yard which lead tio decreased cycle time between jumper metrology and final fabrication and shipping with at some times ocer 6 jumpers in fabrication any given time.

2008 June
Delta Marine Technologies, Inc. is awarded a contract by HELIX Energy Services on their RELIANCE India project based out of Vizag and Kakinada India.

The awarded scope was to provide a Sr. Deepwater Construction Manger along with a team of other from Delta Marine Technologies, Inc. The DMTI Team consisted of 2 x land bases Project Engineers, 2 x vessel base Field Engineers, 2 x vessel bases Construction Managers, 1 x landed bases Sr. Logistics Coordinator in charge of logistics for over five world class vessels and over 450 personnel.

DMTI’s team acted in the daily project issues from June 2008 thru July 2009. The scope of work consisted og sub sea tie in , umbilical installation, flying lead installation and jumper installations in a water depths from 100 meters thru 2000 meters

2008 February
Delta Marine Technologies, Inc. is awarded a contract to supply a Sr. Deepwater Project Specialist from AKER Marine / Solutions to oversee the Chevron Tahiti hull strake installation utilizing several different installation vessels and installation methodologies. This project involved installing hull strakes onto the Tahiti SPAR post mooring installation and pre hull ballasting which present several clearance / clash issues not to mention the effects of currents during installation of the strakes. Vessels used on this project were the SSSV Balder from Heerema Marine Contractors (HMC) and the DP MSV BOA Deepsea from AKER Marine. The project also included manned and un manned intervention and tooling technologies to achieve the strake fastenings / securing to the hull. DMTI persionnel including project management team and CAD and design teams were involved from concept o complete fabrication drawing of some industry first ROV tooling for this clients specific challenges on this project.

2007 November
Delta Marine Technologies, Inc. is awarded an additional scope of work from Superior Offshore International, Inc. in Trinidad for the completion of the BUD 36" pipeline for NGC / BpTT. DMTI will provide a complete Project Management Team consisting of P/Ms, CAD / Designers, Lead and Field Installation Engineers and Logistical Management. This Scope of work is expected to last thru February 2008.

2007 August
Delta Marine Technologies, Inc. is awarded a contract by Superior Offshore International, Inc. to supply a full onshore Project Management Team consisting of Senior Project Managers, Project Managers, Lead Installation Engineers, Field Installation Engineers, CAD / Designers, Logistical Manager, and Saturation diving support personnel for the completion of the CASHIMA, MANGO, AMHERSTIA, and CANNONBALL fields in Trinidad for BpTT as a sub contractor to the prime contractor for these installations. This project is expected to last thru January 2008.

2007 June
Delta Marine Technologies, Inc. is issued and extension of services for supplying BP America with ROV / Deepwater Construction Specialist for the Atlantis project. Extension was issued for one additional year of service thru June 2008.

2007 April
Delta Marine Technologies, Inc. is awarded a contract from Heerema Marine Contractors to supply HSE representatives on two of HMC's major assets (The SSSV HERMOD and the SSSV THIALF). The positions on the HERMOD will be during the decommissioning operations of several North Sea structures. The positions on the THIALF will be during the NEPTUNE and THAITI platform installations and other scopes of work located here in the Gulf of Mexico.

2007 February
Delta Marine Technologies, Inc. is mobbed to Trinidad in an emergency repair program of a newly installed platform being set for bpTT (BP Trinidad / Tobago), these works were managed by Delta Marine Technologies, Inc. Senior Diving Specialist from bpTT’s offices located in the Port of Spain, Trinidad.

2006 December
Delta Marine Technologies, Inc is awarded contract to supply several different positions for the Independence Hub Project. Delta Marine Technologies will supply a rotational crew of ROV Installation Specialist(s) Diving Specialist(s) and Safety / SIMOPS managers to oversee each of their particular trades on the deepest water production platform (Independence Hub) currently offshore in the world.

2006 November
Delta Marine Technologies, Inc. along with Jasper Energy LLC . drills and completes it fifth successful oil well of a 9 well program. This well is known as the Jasper-Lee #1.

2006 November
Delta Marine Technologies, Inc is awarded a contract for provision of a Diving Specialist for HELIX Energy Solutions Inc. to oversee and manage a duel line pipeline installation in the southern sector of the North Sea. This job utilized the newly acquired Energy Solutions Inc. vessel know as the DP MSV EXPRESS and a third party DP DSV for diving support.

2006 September
Delta Marine Technologies, Inc is awarded a contract to provide a Senior Diving Specialist to oversee and project manage the deepwater installations of the mooring system for the TLP NEPTUNE and associated diving scopes as required by Heerema Marine Contractors, Inc (HMC).

2006 August
Delta Marine Technologies, Inc is contracted by HELIX Energy Solutions Inc. to oversee and manage a major along side thruster removal and re-installation of a DP thruster on the HELIX DP III Q4000 Well intervention vessel

2006 June
Delta Marine Technologies, Inc. along with Jasper Energy LLC . drills and completes it third successful oil well of a 9 well program. This well is known as the Weitz #2.

2006 June
Delta Marine Technologies, Inc is awarded a contract to provide a Senior Diving Specialist to oversee and project manage the deepwater installations of the 8 x SCR closing spools on the World Record Independence Hub Semi (located in 9000’fsw) for Anadarko Petroleum Company. The platform is owned in partnership by Enterprise and HELIX Energy Solutions Inc. These works are in contract to Heerema Marine Contractors, Inc (HMC).

2006 May
Delta Marine Technologies, Inc. along with Jasper Energy LLC . drills and completes it fourth successful oil well of a 9 well program. This well is known as the Sorrell #2.

2005 December
Delta Marine Technologies, Inc. is awarded a contract from Oceaneering International Inc. for an ROV specialist to oversee an ROV survey and repair program on an inland lake located in South America for the local government’s power company. This project required the Delta Marine Technologies, Inc. management team to produce the required procedures, procure and modify a specially designed and built ROV with extra long tether capability for what was considered to be a Super-lite weight designed vehicle for this specific work scope.

2005 November
Delta Marine Technologies, Inc. along with Jasper Energy LLC . drills and completes it second successful oil well of an 9 well program. This well is known as the Rabon # 1.

2005 August
Delta Marine Technologies, Inc is awarded a annual contract for overall deepwater construction, installation and associated efforts of AMERADA HESS’s Equatorial Guinea deepwater field in 800 meters. Delta Marine Technologies, Inc personnel will oversee and manage the entire design, engineering, fabrication and installation of all jumper, electrical flying lead(EFL’s) , hydraulic flying lead (HFL’s), pipeline end terminations (PLETs) , pipeline end manifolds (PLEMs), small diameter flowlines, deployment and setting of sub sea trees from DP muti-support vessels and any required deepwater ROV services.

2005 July
Delta Marine Technologies, Inc is awarded a contract by BP as consultants to a FLOTEL project in the BP THUNDERHORSE field. This was inclusive of producing all operating procedures, design, engineering and fabrication of the required gangway system and platform pedestals associated with the personnel gangway and the overall field management procedure for the required marshalling efforts associated between the BP THUNDERHORSE PDQ and the various different FLOTEL vessels that were to be utilized including but not limit to the McDermott DP DB-50.

2005 July
Delta Marine Technologies, Inc and DEMEX INTERNATIONAL INC. work together in the design, manufacturing and testing of high explosive underwater cutting charges and housing to cut deepwater platform mooring system for emergency scenarios.

2005 July
Delta Marine Technologies, Inc. enters into partner ship with Jasper Energy LLC drills and completes it first successful oil well of an 9 well program. This first well is known as the Bunger-Hopkins #2.

2005 March
Delta Marine Technologies, Inc is awarded a second contract with Oceaneering International’s, OPG (Oilfield Projects Group) to supply project management support on a variety of deepwater project from Cradle to grave (Contract award thru completed invoicing and as built). DP MSV’s Ocean Intervention I and II.

2005 January
Delta Marine Technologies, Inc is awarded a annual service contract for the provision of Saturation Life Support Technicians and Saturation Mechanical Technicians to Oceaneering International Inc. for support of their 1000’ saturation system operating from one of the CROSS Marine barges.

2004 November
Delta Marine Technologies, Inc is awarded a contract with Oceaneering International’s, OPG (Oilfield Projects Group) to supply Project management support on a variety of deepwater project from Cradle to grave (Contract award thru completed invoicing and as built). The majority of these project being executed from the DP MSV’s Ocean Intervention I and II.

2004 July
Delta Marine Technologies, Inc is awarded the contract for overseeing all diving related scopes of work as associated with the diver installed closing spools of all SCR’s, and SCR riser monitoring systems to be installed on the BP ATLANTIS PQ platform by Heerema Marine Contractors (HMC).

2004 June
Delta Marine Technologies, Inc is awarded the contract as the primary BP representation and management team associated with all FLOTEL scopes of work for the BP MAD DOG spar. This was inclusive of producing all operating procedures, design, engineering and fabrication of the required gangway system and overall field management of POB and marshalling efforts associated between the DP MSV Q4000 and the BP MAD DOG spar.

2004 May
Delta Marine Technologies, Inc receives award from ALLSEAS for the sourcing and delivery of 4800 tons of marine grade diesel for an offshore delivery to the DP Pipe lay vessel, ALLSEAS SOLITAIRE.
