Scott Dingman has a wide range of industry experience as well as strong managerial, leadership, and organizational skills that have aided him in the building of Delta Marine Technologies, Inc. He has 25 years of diversified experience in all aspects of the offshore industry with over 14 of those years being in supervisory roles and 7 years as a business owner both of which allowed his senior management skills to excel. His extensive background within the industry, both nationally and internationally, has allowed him to build strong relationships. |

Jim Wagner has been Senior Vice President, Operations with a focus on domestic and the global arena since July 2009. Jim is responsible for setting the strategic direction, as well as business acquisition and execution within the DMTI organizations. Jim has a successful leadership track record since joining the Oil & Gas industry in 1972. He brings more than 39 years of diverse experience in the global offshore engineering and construction industry with special emphasis on project delivery, fabrication, marine operations, and business development in the US and abroad. Jim has solid relationships with our clients and understands the cultures in the countries where we operate. He has worked in in the Gulf of Mexico, Europe, India, Trinidad, and Brazil. Previously, Jim served at Cal Dive / Helix Energy Solutions for almost twenty years in various key positions as Vessel Superintendent, Project Manager, General Manager, and Vice President of Commercial / Sales. |

Mr. Coffey has been General Manager of DMTI in Eastern Canada and assisting with projects globally since 2006. He started working in the oil and gas industry in 1997 at Syncrude Canada; in 2002 he began working offshore. He has trained at The Underwater Centre in Fort William Scotland on Observation and Work class ROV's. Leroy has worked on several deepwater projects for DMTI in the GOM, Trinidad and abroad as SAT diving technician. He brings deepwater experience to the team after being responsible for several Heavy Lifts, Riser Pull-In and Installation, Mooring on the Thunderhorse and Atlantis platforms, and construction of the Mardi Gras pipeline. |

Morgan Wagner joined Delta Marine Technologies, Inc. August 2009 while completing her last semester at Sam Houston State University working towards a double major in Finance and Banking & Financial Institutions. Since then Morgan has made her way from Office Manager to Human Resource Manager. She has taken several courses to develop and further her knowledge of the Oil & Gas Industry and her congenial personality has aided her in establishing a strong rapport with clients and fellow employees. |

Karen Matherne Cooley has 23 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. Her expertise includes 15 years of experience in procurement, estimating, bids and proposals and contracting services. Since 2004, Karen has worked in various roles of estimating, prospects management and sales and marketing in the ROV market, building new client relationships, maintaining established relationships as well as supporting and implementing new business marketing strategies in these roles in recent years. |

Brandon Broom joined the Delta Marine team in February 2011 serving as Director of Project Sales. He has been working in the offshore industry since 1975 when he began his career as a field engineer with Schlumberger Offshore Services. Beginning with the offshore focus that stems from education in Ocean Engineering, he has developed his skill and knowledge spanning from drilling and completion operations to marine construction and onward to specialization in subsea well intervention, decommissioning and subsea hardware supply. His focus on client support and delivering reliable service solutions is backed by proven performance in field operations not only as a services manager but also as an oil company offshore representative. |

Paul Brownlee has worked with Delta Marine on Subsea Installation Projects since 2007 and has officially joined Delta Marine team full time in January 2011 serving as CAD Design Manager. He has over fifteen years of experience in the engineering and design industry. He has designed & developed implant devices, process piping packages, mass transfer equipment, sports medicine products, gages, fixtures and other precision instruments. A professional Autodesk trainer coupled with ANSI Y14.5, GD&T, ANSI B31.3 & API experience provides clients with a proven and reliable Design/CAD service. |

Mr. Colter has more than thirty-five (35) years of hands-on experience examining and solving structure problems. Mr. Colter holds both a B.S. and a M.S. in Metallurgical Engineering from the University of Texas at El Paso. He also has been a member of the National Association of Corrosion Engineers (NACE) for more than twenty-five (25) years. Combining extensive field experience, strong practical or common sense, and a good academic background gave credence to his assignment as Director of Integrity Management in April 2011. |

Mr. Norton graduated in June 1994 from the University of Tennessee where he earned a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering. He has since completed his Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of South Florida. In addition, he is a licensed Professional Engineer in the states of Florida, Texas and Oregon and has extensive knowledge in all aspects of Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering. He is an active member of SNAME as well as the National Society of Professional Engineers and The Florida Engineering Society. His Texas License number is 99147. |

Sean Hudson joined Delta Marine Technologies, Inc. in March 2011 serving as Quality Manager. He developed his career in quality management and auditing of quality management systems in the biotechnology industry at Life Technologies Corporation. Specializing in the development, maintenance and auditing of quality and environmental management systems, Sean continues to maintain ISO standards for both customer and statutory/regulatory requirements and assist in driving Delta Marine Technologies to continual improvement in achieving key quality objectives. |

Christene Hughes has recently joined the Delta Marine Technologies team as the Office Manager. She graduated with honors at Sam Houston State University receiving a degree in Business Administration and then went on to complete the MBA program in December of 2010. She is looking forward to learning all that she can and contributing to the ongoing success of the company. |
